Along with the desire and ability to become an Art of Charm coach, we require a level of training and a commitment to complete the process established for new members to the team.
Basic Requirements: Coaches must me graduates of The Art of Charm program. They must possess a thorough familiarity with The Art of Charm practices and principles and have acquired their social dynamic skills through the program, not by instinct. They must bring with them a portfolio of personal experience in the program and the ability to relate their achievements with all levels of students offering practical advice. They need to be free of bias and interact effectively within a variety of situations.
Internship: We require that each applicant for a coaching position be monitored and evaluated during real time course assignments. After successfully completing all entry-level and advanced course work, new instructors are required to complete an internship which may include field work, international travel and a very professional work schedule.
Promotion Eligibility: After demonstrating superior skills, solid achievements and original ideas within the Art of Charm program, a coach may be eligible for promotion. Those individuals who demonstrate value and dedication to both personal and company goals will be considered for additional assignments and a promoted status on the coaching team.

About AJ and Jordan Harbinger
About Jordan Harbinger
Jordan Harbinger learned in his twenties that pursuing a dream sometimes requires extraordinary social skills. After experiencing rejection from the University Of Michigan School Of Law because of just under the mark grades, his determined spirit drove him to seek another approach. He managed to use verbal persuasion to secure a place in the class. Law school once again became an achievable goal. Jordan realized at this point that social influence makes a significant difference on the person who you eventually become.
While attending law school, Jordan’s curiosity drove him to continue researching the methods and techniques used in social dynamics. The need to reach out to others brought him to start Pickup Podcast where in 2006 he joined co-host A.J. Harbinger in a relationship and advice broadcasting segment. Jordan’s developing skills in social influence encouraged him to coach others during his free time. After studying the various programs on the market, he began to realize that the industry needed fresh ideas and a new approach.
Jordan continued with his law degree and graduated at the top of his class. His dream of becoming a Wall Street lawyer was realized when he joined a top level law firm in New York City. The passion to learn more about social dynamics and Jordan’s vision to fulfill the gap in the industry, however, inspired him to eventually leave the firm and start his own company. The Art of Charm was born in 2007.
The following year, Sirius XM Satellite Radio approached Jordan about starting a weekly broadcast for a trial period. Success came rapidly and the program ‘Game On’ grew in popularity and became a permanent fixture at Sirius XM. Listeners throughout the North American continent tuned in to hear and participate in the innovative discussions. Jordan’s background, intellect, creativity and passion for social influence make him a first choice coach in social dynamics. Because of his close relationship with his younger sister, A.J was always naturally good with the opposite sex. Although he was using his skills as a part of his every day life, he never know that social dynamics was something that could be taught. During his days at the University of Michigan, A.J. and Jordan often exchanged ideas about what it took to become a high social achiever. They spent free time conducting and document experiments in social behavior and developing techniques that proved that the art of charm and influence is also a science. A.J.’s background in biology allowed him to use a methodical approach to the study of social dynamics. Together the two men discovered that meeting attractive women and achieving social confidence could be a learned skill that would help many men.
A.J. Harbinger left his biology program and joined Jordan in founding The Art of Charm because of his belief in the need for men and women to develop positive relationships. He realized that the initial steps in developing the confidence to meet women and project a positive image are carried throughout the relationship and into marriage.
