The services provided through the Art of Charm cover many aspects of social dynamics but have a single goal - improving the way you view yourself. By completing the prescribed courses, you’ll achieve greater self-confidence and develop an enhanced ability to meet desirable and attractive women. We accomplish that goal by hiring a staff of skilled coaches that take you through the basic steps and interact with you throughout the program. Our coaches receive thorough training and possess the skill and knowledge required to instruct all of The Art of Charm curriculum. They welcome personal feedback and continue to improve their coaching abilities with advanced education and state of the art instructional materials.

Our Staff of Coaches

Our team includes our founders, AJ and Jordan Harbinger, who developed the unique concepts and instruction materials used in The Art of Charm program. New coaches will continue to be hired by the company under the direction of AJ and Jordan after meeting specific requirements. Although each coach may work independently with students, the entire team works together to ensure that every student leaves with complete satisfaction.

Requirements to Become an Art of Charm Coach

The Art of Charm coaching team welcomes new members who show potential and possess certain skills.

Social Skills: Foremost, the instructor must be socially adept and possess a skilled level of success interacting with women. They need a proven track record of social dynamics in both business and casual situations.

Teaching Skills: Communication is of paramount importance and instructors must possess both the ability to listen and be heard. Knowing when and how to instruct, having the inner sense of creating change in a student and offering sound advice is an asset in any instructor. Students need to receive value for their time spent in the program.

Creative Leadership: Coaches who show self-motivation and exuberance and are ready with new ideas will transfer that energy to the classroom. By combining scientific methods along with innovative new ideas that stimulate students, every coach will reach a high level of success.

Solid Ethics and Dedication to Company Goals: Our mission statement is clear and our goals are well defined. We hire new coaches who respect our philosophy and adhere to the practices and principles defined by our working team of professionals.

The Art of Charm Coach Recruitment and Training Process

Along with the desire and ability to become an Art of Charm coach, we require a level of training and a commitment to complete the process established for new members to the team.

Basic Requirements: Coaches must me graduates of The Art of Charm program. They must possess a thorough familiarity with The Art of Charm practices and principles and have acquired their social dynamic skills through the program, not by instinct. They must bring with them a portfolio of personal experience in the program and the ability to relate their achievements with all levels of students offering practical advice. They need to be free of bias and interact effectively within a variety of situations.

Internship: We require that each applicant for a coaching position be monitored and evaluated during real time course assignments. After successfully completing all entry-level and advanced course work, new instructors are required to complete an internship which may include field work, international travel and a very professional work schedule.

Promotion Eligibility: After demonstrating superior skills, solid achievements and original ideas within the Art of Charm program, a coach may be eligible for promotion. Those individuals who demonstrate value and dedication to both personal and company goals will be considered for additional assignments and a promoted status on the coaching team.
